About The Founder

There was a time I was 100 pounds overweight — zero self-worth, no motivation, just existing. One day I looked in the mirror and asked myself a question that changed everything: “Is this it? As a man, is this the best I can do?” That question became the start of everything. I didn’t have a plan — I just picked up a pair of dumbbells and did curls every single day. Within a month I joined a gym, and from there I went all in — studying nutrition, biomechanics, kinesiology, every science behind the human body I could find. I lost 100 pounds of fat. I built 40 pounds of muscle. And more importantly — I built self-respect. Becoming a personal trainer was my way of paying it forward.
But eventually, I realized something bigger: Most men weren’t failing because they didn’t care — they were failing because life got heavy. Work. Family. Exhaustion. So I stepped into their world. I left the gym floor and took a blue-collar job, grinding 20 hours of overtime a week — and that’s when I learned firsthand how damn hard it is to stay in shape when you’re working that much. But I solved it. And once I did, that spark came back. Now my mission is clear: To end the Dad Bod Dilemma — one man at a time. Because we as men need to become the kind of people our wives and kids can rely on. Strong. Disciplined. Dedicated. The type of men they look at and think, “He’s Superman.” That’s why I built "Built To Last" — not just to transform bodies, but to rebuild men. To help them become the strongest version of themselves — inside and out — and to build a physique that lasts for life.
